We've tried to book a Brunch here on numerous occasions, but it's so popular that it's always booked up! So we headed there on a weekday afternoon to try the tea and cake and check it out, with a baby in tow...
We love it because... The beautiful interiors are light and airy, with a strong botanical feel. There's a relaxed lounge area for drinks or tea and cake, while the restaurant is next door. It has a local/seasonal menu to reflect it's nature-inspired surroundings AND a great cocktail menu.
When to go... It's THE place to go for weekend brunch, which we're still yet to try! But a weekday lunch wasn't too busy, and the lounge was fairly quiet - lucky for us our toddler could have a good wander around without causing too much trouble. It would be a great place for a date night too.
Top tip... If you've got the kids with you, check out the surprising Teletubby-inspired playground next door, Spa Fields, which is great for a run around.
